Finishing Up My Master’s of Organizational Leadership Program

ORGL 605, Imagine, Create, Lead Immersion Cohort in May 2019.
I began this Gonzaga educational journey to figure out how to balance out the toxic cultures I’ve worked in. I figured in doing so, I can support, advocate and create positive work environments and team dynamics while changing the current systems for my kids and future generations. I don’t want my children learning or duplicating the toxic behavior and interactions that I’ve experienced many times over in my career and communities.
What I’ve learned is that we don’t know what we don’t know. In order to be a catalyst of change and to work towards our goals as leaders, we need to work on ourselves just as much as we do for the betterment of others.
While this educational chapter is coming to an end, this website (my capstone project) will serve as a tool and resource for the communities I serve and allow me to continue on this journey of growth. It will allow me to create a community where curiosity encourages knowledge sharing and positive engagements; share my amazing network of humans and resources; provide a way to continue the education, development, and research into the various topics I’m intrigued in; and, is a tool to document and communicate these valuable assets and findings to my circle.
Although this Masters in Organizational Leadership program is coming to end, my leadership journey is only just beginning.
If you find that you share similar values, purpose and interests, I welcome you to look around this website. I look forward to connecting and being curious with you. Let’s Chat.
